CPHS members are invited to join a listserv (email discussion group) where they can share information about preservation and local history and discuss CPHS projects, programs, and organizational business.
TO JOIN THE LIST, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email can be blank.
After subscribing, you will receive an email to confirm your request to subscribe—check your spam folder if you don’t see it—and then the moderator will approve your subscription. If your membership is not current, we will remind you to renew before approving your membership in the list. (You can renew online here.)

- The default group setting is that replies go to the LIST, rather than the individual poster, so that we can encourage discussions on the list. We trust this will work in a small group and everybody will use the reply function judiciously. As we begin to use the list, we will see whether it makes sense to tweak that setting.
- When you subscribe, the default setting is to receive the digest form of the list, so you will receive a periodic single email with a batch of messages. You can change that setting at any time to receive emails as they come in or to receive no email.
