3470 Ordway (Rosedale east lot)
Landscape architect: Kevin Campion
The proposal is for a “disappearing” fence 42″ high, of mesh and metal posts, planted on both sides with a mixture of evergreen and deciduous shrubs, which would run in a curving path just inside the property line between 3470 Ordway and the Rosedale Conservancy grounds, curving to the north on both ends. On the other sides of the property, fences mainly in the style of existing fences would be extended to secure the pool, enclose the lot on either side of the drive, and protect a drop-off on the east side of the lot per code.
The ARC has no objection to the plans as presented.
Vote: 5 in favor; none opposed.
