Connecting to the online membership database for the first time

If you have ever been a CPHS member in the past, you are already registered in our database. Most people only use their password for this system once a year, so don’t worry if you’ve forgotten yours or need to establish a new one. If your email address has changed and the system doesn’t recognize you, don’t worry; go ahead and join as a new member and we will match up your information in our master records offline.

You can get a new password and log in in three easy steps:

STEP 1: Get new password

STEP 2: Log in

STEP 3: Renew your membership

STEP 1: RESET YOUR PASSWORD

The first step is to reset your Password. Go to this link: http://clevelandparkhistoricalsociety.org/amember/login

You will see a form that looks like this:

Click the “Forgot password?” link and you will be taken to a second form that looks like this:

Enter your email address and click the “Get Password” button.

Now go check your email and you will see an email from CPHS with the subject line “Your Lost Password”. (If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.)

Click on the link in the email to be taken to the page to reset your password:

Once you have reset your password, you will see this box:

STEP 2: LOG IN

Click on the “login to your account” link that you see on the screen (same as the link below), which will take you to the login page, http://clevelandparkhistoricalsociety.org/amember/login

STEP 3: RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Once logged in you should come to a screen that either shows your current membership expiration date, or says you have no active membership, which is another way of saying, “Please renew your membership for next year.” Click on Add/Renew Membership and choose a membership level.

(NB: If you are a current member but did not use the online system to renew last year, the system will show you as having no active membership. Don’t worry; we have your membership record offline. You can go ahead and join/renew for next year and your membership will be uninterrupted. If in doubt about your status, email us to check.)
